MUGEN Toaru-nament

The goal of this project is to make a lot of beloved characters from the Toaru  Majutsu no Index extended universe into MUGEN playable charcters

Some had already been made years ago by some japanese creators, we're trying to complete the roster

As of now, it is difficult to create sprites for the characters as we're not artists, so most of our creations so far are spriteless
The base sprites are taken from Melty Blood AACC (mostly), they serve as placeholders

The characters are constantly getting updates imrproving the playability and balance, and of course fixing bugs when needed
